GBT Adventure (Group Bike Tours) runs guided group cycling tours through Mudgee, the Hunter Valley and the Barossa. When we say "we" or "us" on this page, we mean GBT Adventure.
We only collect the information you choose to give us — mainly through our enquiry form or by email. That can include your name, your group or company name, your email address, your phone number, and details about the tour you're interested in (group size, dates, region and preferences) along with anything you write in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic, non-identifying technical information (such as the date and time of a visit) to keep the site running and secure.
If you register for a specific tour, we also collect the details you enter on the registration form — such as your age, address, group, bike preference and any medical or dietary information you choose to share. We ask for medical information only so our guides can keep you safe on tour, providing it is optional, and we treat it as sensitive and confidential.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored itinerary and quote, and organise your tour if you decide to go ahead. We don't use your details for anything else without asking you first.
Enquiries submitted through our website are handled by our website host and sent to us by email. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it.
We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the suppliers needed to deliver a tour you've booked — for example accommodation providers or bike hire — and only as much as is necessary.
Our website uses minimal cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to display the site's typefaces; this is standard for many websites.
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll help.
